This is a pretty hard text to live out. But perhaps a way to think about it is what Ignatian spirituality refers to as "indifference." A few days after St Ignatius of Loyola's festival, it's a good opportunity to revisit the idea, and how it more broadly fits into a life where we rightly order our desires, and hence how we live.
Join us on Tuesday 2/8 at 7pm for BYO dinner and an evening delving into the passage through discussion and gentle reflective exercises.
