In the image notice that there is no external tempter. It's harder to resist your own voice suggesting that there is no absolute necessity to completely refrain from eating. After all, you are going to need your strength. And you could fix it all so very easily - all the pain and suffering in the world. Everything could be fixed just like that.
Caravan is coming early this month - an opportunity to join Jesus in his wilderness experience. It will be moving, and not painful or require you to forego food or water.
